Ai Ogura: ‘It was a great result. The race was difficult; after five or six laps, Aron had already separated himself a lot. My goal was to keep second position. A lot of riders had problems with the rear tyre, but I was able to manage it better. I’m happy with today’s result.
Sergio Garcia: ‘A pity about the crash today during the race, going in tenth position. In the Japanese Grand Prix we will continue to work hard, to be at the top again.’
Iván Ortolá: ‘It wasn’t the best race we had. I had to do one more Long Lap, three in total, the last one because of stepping on the green. A ninth place is not bad, after the weekend we had. We’ve learned not to make these mistakes, and even more so in Japan’.
Ryusei Yamanaka: ‘The race was very difficult because I had no rhythm. When I was finishing I had a high side and lost a lot of positions. Now I’m going to my home GP, Japan, and that will be positive’.
