“In the first start, I had a good pace and the red flag came at a bad time for me because I had the chance to move forward. The second start was also positive; I took advantage of a few battles and everything went well. As the laps went by, the front tyre became a bit more difficult to manage, but the good pace from the beginning allowed me to stay on the podium. I’m taking some pressure off myself because I knew I had the potential to reach the podium, but in previous GPs, for one reason or another, I couldn’t achieve it and that was frustrating. Now I’m just as motivated to keep working and achieve what we’ve done here.”

“The red flag really hurt me because in the first race I had made a very good start and had the chance to achieve a strong result. In the second one, I had a poor start that left me at the back of the field, making the comeback difficult. I recovered as much as I could, but it wasn’t enough. I want to thank the team for this opportunity over these two races. Hopefully we’ll see each other again soon.”

“Today’s race was in wet conditions. I made a good start while trying to stay with the leading group. However, it was quite difficult because I didn’t feel completely comfortable in the wet. I tried to maintain my pace and position because, if I had pushed too hard, the chances of crashing in this race were quite high. Overall, I felt very confident throughout the weekend in dry conditions, as the bike setup was working really well. Nevertheless, I’m taking all the positives from this weekend and I’ll keep working hard to prepare for the next race in Catalonia.”

“It was a difficult weekend, but in the end we managed to score some points. I never fully gained confidence with the tyre. We’re really looking forward to the next round, which will already take place next weekend in Barcelona.”
