MSi Racing Team continues its strong run of form following the successful previous Grand Prix, where Hakim Danish and Iván Ortolá claimed victory in their respective categories. At Assen, the team once again demonstrated its competitiveness with consistently strong performances from all four riders.
In Moto3, Hakim Danish, winner of the previous Grand Prix, was once again among the fastest riders, securing an impressive seventh-place finish after an excellent race. Ryusei Yamanaka completed the team’s efforts with a solid 13th place after battling throughout the race in a highly competitive group.
In Moto2, Iván Ortolá was once again one of the standout performers of the weekend. After standing on the top step of the podium at the previous round, the Spanish rider produced a superb comeback to finish fifth, collecting valuable championship points. Ángel Piqueras also made significant progress by finishing 14th, scoring his first points since returning from injury and confirming his positive development.

“Today I finished the race in seventh place. It was a very demanding race, as I had to give everything on every lap until the chequered flag. I made a good start and tried to overtake the riders ahead of me as quickly as possible to join the leading group. I also tried to close the gap to the front group led by Quiles and Almansa, but their pace was simply stronger than mine. However, in the final five laps, I started to struggle with the rear tyre. I did everything I could to defend my position and fight for a podium finish, but unfortunately, I couldn’t make it happen. I’ll take this race as a valuable learning experience and continue working on the areas where I need to improve. Overall, I’m happy with the performance I showed today, and my focus is now on the next round, the German Grand Prix.”

“The beginning of the race was a bit difficult because I couldn’t get into the right position. At one particular corner I was entering too tight, which made it easy for other riders to overtake me. After that, it became very difficult because I had to keep fighting constantly. I wasn’t able to catch the group ahead, but I feel better than I did in the previous Grands Prix.”

“I’m happy with today’s race. We know what we need to improve in the areas where we struggled today. I’m looking forward to getting to Germany and continuing to work.”
