“The feeling is improving after making some changes to the bike. In the end, our pace wasn’t bad and I’m getting more comfortable every time. Now fully focused on Mugello.”

“Today I finished seventh after making a good start. During the race I tried to stay competitive and fight with the leading group. On several occasions I overtook the riders ahead and I learned a lot from them, especially about how they control the race when they are in the front group. After this, I know I need to be more aggressive, especially when I’m fighting at the front, overtaking and maintaining the pace. I’ve learned a lot from this race. On the final lap I was very close to taking the podium, but I braked too late into Turn 10. I take this Catalan Grand Prix as a very valuable lesson, and we will never stop working hard and fighting for the podium.”

“It was a very tough race in terms of tyre management. There was a moment when it became very difficult to manage them and I couldn’t control them anymore towards the end of the race. I ran out of tyres and was able to push to the maximum until there were four or five laps remaining. From then on, it was all about surviving. We need to continue working in this direction. On Tuesday we have a test day where we’ll be able to try new things and continue improving for the next races.”
Unai Orradre 👉 P16
“It has been a very positive day and I leave with a good feeling. It’s been a very solid weekend; from the beginning I felt very comfortable with the team and the bike. I started from quite far back on the grid, but I stayed calm about it. At the start I tried to be more aggressive and little by little I found my rhythm to gain positions. I managed to climb up to sixteenth place. I’m very satisfied with this first weekend, very proud and already looking forward to the next one so we can keep working and building.”
